PhD in Finance from the Department of Industrial Engineering of PUC-Rio (1996-2004), with the thesis Governança corporativa e o papel dos investidores institucionais [Corporate governance and the role of institutional investors], she has a master's degree in Economics from PUC, where she also graduated in 1986. She is a member of the Market Arbitration Chamber of BM&FBovespa, counsellor of the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance (IBGC) and of the International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC).
Managing partner of Triscorp Investimentos from 2009 up to the moment she was named managing director of BNDES, she was CFO of LLX Logística (2007-2009), vice-president of Finance and Control of Abril S.A. (2005-2007), senior managing director of Administration and Finance of Globex Utilidades (2004-2005), and managing director of finance and investments of the Pension Fund of the Employees of Petrobras (Petros) (1999-2003).
Her experience in the public sector includes the Department of Economic Protection and Defense, where she was managing director, and the Department of Economic Law of the Ministry of Justice (1997-1999). Between 1990 and 1993, she worked as a researcher at the BNDES, under the agreement with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).
Fábio Lacerda Carneiro is an economist who has been working at Central Bank of Brazil since 1994, and is currently a Deputy Head of the Banking Supervision Department. Mr. Carneiro holds a master degree in Business Administration (Fundação Getúlio Vargas – Brazil), and is an Specialist in Business Economics (University of São Paulo – Brazil). He is also a former Research Fellow at the Weatherhead Center for International Affairs, an international research center within Harvard University’s Faculty of Arts and Sciences (USA).

José Alexandre Vasco has been with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Brazil (CVM) since 1997. He was selected for a job as on-site inspector on the results of a public competitive examination. Previously, he had been a Navy Officer, after his graduation from the Naval Academy (1986-1990).
Since September 2005, he has worked as Director of the Office of Investor Protection and Assistance and has led various financial and investor education initiatives in Brazil as well as joint educational projects (public and private sector) for investor, journalists, professors and judges. Vasco is also the CVM representative for the OECD International Network on Financial Education (INFE/OECD) since 2008. He is also a member of the G20/OECD Task Force on Financial Consumer Protection. Since January 2016, Vasco is the Chair of IOSCO Committee 8. He is also the focal point of the CVM / OECD Center for Education and Financial Literacy for Latin America and the Caribbean, established in 2016.

É sócia-fundadora da Resultante Consultoria Estratégica, escritório de consultoria especializado na integração da sustentabilidade à estratégia e práticas de gestão de corporações e instituições financeiras. Também é docente das disciplinas de Finanças Sustentáveis no B3 Educação (ex-Instituto Educacional BM&FBOVESPA).
Marina Procknor practice focuses on a wide variety of cross-border transactions, including private equity, joint ventures, structured finance and securitizations. She represents financial institutions, sponsors and investors in the formation and capitalization of a broad range of investment vehicles, and related financing, acquisition and disposition transactions, including hedge, private equity, real estate, distressed assets, among others. In 2013, she was listed in the Latin Lawyer as one of the most inspiring women in the Latin American legal profession. She sponsors social business and impact investment initiatives in Brazil through her pro bono work with Professor Muhammad Yunus.
Mr. Cunha is the CEO of the Associação de Investidores no Mercado de Capitais - AMEC ("the Capital Markets Investors' Association"), a position which he has held since April 2012. In that capacity, he leads an organization of 62 institutional investors with approximately USD 100 billion under management in Brazilian equities, aiming to improve capital markets and shareholder rights.
Before joining Amec, he worked for 17 years in several asset management companies, such as Opus, Mauá, Bradesco Templeton, Investidor Profissional, Banco Pactual, Morgan Stanley Asset Management and Deutsche Morgan Grenfell, among others. In addition, over the past 15 years he was participated in boards of directors and conselhos fiscais of Brazilian listed companies. Current engagements are Totvs, Mahle Metal Leve, CESP and BR Malls, while prior ones include Petrobras, where he was the first independent member elected by minority shareholders and a member of the Audit Committee.
Mr. Cunha also acts as a consultant and lecturer in corporate governance. He served as Chairman of the board of IBGC - one of the largest corporate governance institutes in the world. Mr. Cunha has been a Chartered Financial Analyst since 1997, and he holds an MBA from the University of Chicago, as well as a bachelor's degree in Economics from PUC-Rio. Patrícia Queiroz is Head of Research at Fundação Real Grandeza, one of the largest institutional investors in Brazil. She has more than 20 years of experience in investment analysis. Ms Queiroz holds a B.A. in Economics and graduated in Financial Market Analysis. She took part at the Programme - Strategic Investment Management at London Business School.
Raquel is currently taking her MSc in Finance at the University of São Paulo and holds a Bachelor degree in Business from FGV-EAESP. Also monitored a Master program in Sustainability Management and a course in Low Carbon Management, both from FGV-EAESP, and took a course on Sustainability, Climate Change and Life Sciences at Jiao Tong Shanghai University, China. For this work, Gonzalez was recognized with the Capital Markets Highlight Award in the Professional Investment category by investment professionals in the state of São Paulo, advocating in favor of governance and sustainability, and, a few years later, won the Apimec Award in the Professional Investment category by the votes of investment professionals throughout Brazil. He also has works developed for class entities and cooperatives, as well as works with some civil society organizations of public interest on a pro bono basis. Gonzalez participated in the XVIII ACI Conference (International Cooperative Alliance) for the Americas, as a participant and speaker, addressing the theme "The importance of sustainable governance for the cooperative business model".
Tatiana joined the PRI in October 2014 with extensive experience in investor relations and corporate communications; she has worked at the capital markets for over 10 years. Among her main activities, she worked at the treasury department of Banco Santander Brasil and was a managing partner for five years at MZ Consult, a large investor relations advisory firm in Brazil, where she was responsible for an extensive client portfolio, composed of listed and non-listed companies, of all sizes and market segments.
She accumulates participation in the GRI Certified Training Program and holds certificates in specialization courses at FGV – Fundação Getulio Vargas, in Sao Paulo, Brazil in both, Sustainability and Social Corporate Management and International Affairs and Foreign Trade. She holds a certificate in Behavioral Economics from FIPECAFI and a B.A with emphasis in International Business from Universidade Paulista.
