PhD in Finance from the Department of Industrial Engineering of PUC-Rio (1996-2004), with the thesis Governança corporativa e o papel dos investidores institucionais [Corporate governance and the role of institutional investors], she has a master's degree in Economics from PUC, where she also graduated in 1986. She is a member of the Market Arbitration Chamber of BM&FBovespa, counsellor of the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance (IBGC) and of the International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC).

Managing partner of Triscorp Investimentos from 2009 up to the moment she was named managing director of BNDES, she was CFO of LLX Logística (2007-2009), vice-president of Finance and Control of Abril S.A. (2005-2007), senior managing director of Administration and Finance of Globex Utilidades (2004-2005), and managing director of finance and investments of the Pension Fund of the Employees of Petrobras (Petros) (1999-2003).

Her experience in the public sector includes the Department of Economic Protection and Defense, where she was managing director, and the Department of Economic Law of the Ministry of Justice (1997-1999). Between 1990 and 1993, she worked as a researcher at the BNDES, under the agreement with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).

José Alexandre Vasco has been with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Brazil (CVM) since 1997. He was selected for a job as on-site inspector on the results of a public competitive examination. Previously, he had been a Navy Officer, after his graduation from the Naval Academy (1986-1990).

Since September 2005, he has worked as Director of the Office of Investor Protection and Assistance and has led various financial and investor education initiatives in Brazil as well as joint educational projects (public and private sector) for investor, journalists, professors and judges. Vasco is also the CVM representative for the OECD International Network on Financial Education (INFE/OECD) since 2008. He is also a member of the G20/OECD Task Force on Financial Consumer Protection. Since January 2016, Vasco is the Chair of IOSCO Committee 8. He is also the focal point of the CVM / OECD Center for Education and Financial Literacy for Latin America and the Caribbean, established in 2016.

Vasco has a Master of Science in Law from Rio de Janeiro State University (2005-2007); a Bachelor's degree in Law from Rio de Janeiro State University (1995-2001); a Master of Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (1999); and a Bachelor's degree in Logistics from the Brazilian Naval Academy (1986-1990).

Mr. Cunha is the CEO of the Associação de Investidores no Mercado de Capitais - AMEC ("the Capital Markets Investors' Association"), a position which he has held since April 2012. In that capacity, he leads an organization of 62 institutional investors with approximately USD 100 billion under management in Brazilian equities, aiming to improve capital markets and shareholder rights.

Before joining Amec, he worked for 17 years in several asset management companies, such as Opus, Mauá, Bradesco Templeton, Investidor Profissional, Banco Pactual, Morgan Stanley Asset Management and Deutsche Morgan Grenfell, among others. In addition, over the past 15 years he was participated in boards of directors and conselhos fiscais of Brazilian listed companies. Current engagements are Totvs, Mahle Metal Leve, CESP and BR Malls, while prior ones include Petrobras, where he was the first independent member elected by minority shareholders and a member of the Audit Committee.

Mr. Cunha also acts as a consultant and lecturer in corporate governance. He served as Chairman of the board of IBGC - one of the largest corporate governance institutes in the world. Mr. Cunha has been a Chartered Financial Analyst since 1997, and he holds an MBA from the University of Chicago, as well as a bachelor's degree in Economics from PUC-Rio. He is board certified by the IBGC.

Associated with IBGC (Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance), he is a member of the Governance in Cooperatives Committee and the Business Sustainability Study Committee. He works as a professor at Trevisan School of Business in the "Corporate Governance and Corporate Sustainability" and "Competitive Strategy" subjects. Gonzalez also teaches "Corporate Governance" at Fipecafi and Fecap.

He teaches in-company courses on topics such as "Opening Capital", "Board of Directors" and "Cooperative Governance". Since 2006, Gonzalez has been a member of the board of the Ethical Fund of Santander Asset Management, which uses Governance and Sustainability criteria to choose the companies to compose the investment portfolio. He was a member of Fides' Curatorial Council (Business and Social Development Institute Foundation) and, from its creation until February 2009, he acted as a member of BM&FBovespa's Cise (Deliberative Council of the Corporate Sustainability Index).

He worked as advisor to some privately-held institutions and developed training and consulting for organizations in the implementation of policies, such as: governance, related party transactions, scope and delegation of authority and sustainability; statutory revision with good governance practices; structuring and acting of Boards of Directors and their committees; drafting of regulations and definitions of the functions of the governance agents; monitoring of the BDM – Board of Directors' Meetings; criteria for the assessment of directors; elaboration of the desired profile of independent external director, among others. He has worked in the capital markets where the governance pressure is greater, including the XVI Abamec Congress, currently Apimec (Association of Capital Markets Analysts and Investment Professionals), and was ranked 1st place in the Monographs Competition, advocating greater accountability and transparency among corporations.

For this work, Gonzalez was recognized with the Capital Markets Highlight Award in the Professional Investment category by investment professionals in the state of São Paulo, advocating in favor of governance and sustainability, and, a few years later, won the Apimec Award in the Professional Investment category by the votes of investment professionals throughout Brazil. He also has works developed for class entities and cooperatives, as well as works with some civil society organizations of public interest on a pro bono basis. Gonzalez participated in the XVIII ACI Conference (International Cooperative Alliance) for the Americas, as a participant and speaker, addressing the theme "The importance of sustainable governance for the cooperative business model".

Among her main activities, she worked at the treasury department of Banco Santander Brasil and was a managing partner for five years at MZ Consult, a large investor relations advisory firm in Brazil, where she was responsible for an extensive client portfolio, composed of listed and non-listed companies, of all sizes and market segments.

She accumulates participation in the GRI Certified Training Program and holds certificates in specialization courses at FGV – Fundação Getulio Vargas, in Sao Paulo, Brazil in both, Sustainability and Social Corporate Management and International Affairs and Foreign Trade. She holds a certificate in Behavioral Economics from FIPECAFI and a B.A with emphasis in International Business from Universidade Paulista.
